According to Green Dodge and Cyber Definitions, the term RT stands for either retweet or road/track. Retweet is a slang term and reference to the social media platform Twitter in which one can repost a Tweet from someone else to their own profile using the retweet function. Twitter users can choose to add a comment or not.

Road/track is a performance-level trim available across the Dodge lineup which debuted with the release of the Dodge Coronet R/T. It is famously used on the 1968 Dodge Challenger. In comparison to SRT, or street and racing technology, RT card have brembo braking which are precision performance brakes designed for quick stops and minimal heating. They also come with a HEMI engine with great performance specs and an aerodynamic design that makes use of hood scoops, rear spoiler, and other aerodynamic elements help reduce drag, increase airflow to the engine, and improve overall performance, an R/T staple. R/T trims are considered a mid level between a standard trim and performance vehicles. They have owner support, vehicle protection, and plenty of options in terms of powerful performance, greater speed, torque, the accelerator, better performance features, and more that performance car enthusiasts can get at an affordable price. R/T stands for Road/Track, such as an R/T vehicle or R/T models.
